We believe user experience design begins and ends with the user. By understanding the user's journey and listening to their feedback, Tacit delivers intuitive user centric designs and digital experiences. Our development, design and devops teams collaborate to execute solutions which scale to the needs of technical demand and delight the user with each and every interaction.
DISCOVER
We work together during discovery to create requirements – defining and documenting the goals for the experience. In the discover phase we establish the high level technology strategy and validate the design direction with a creative concept brief. Each deliverable from this phase guides work in subsequent phases.
DESIGN
In design, we dig deeper into the technical and user experience, aligning on expectations. With the completion of foundational wireframes, system architecture, and a creative style guide, we define the experience to shape the direction on what will be built.
BUILD
As the build phase begins, we develop a backlog of tasks and user stories. Central to our Agile process, we work with a product owner throughout the Build phase to refine and prioritize the backlog in a process that is flexible and efficient – building core functionality and key features first.
DEPLOY
We work together during deploy to ensure that all key release activities are covered, including quality assurance testing, user acceptance, and knowledge transfer. Each of the documents defined in previous phases will be reviewed and used as guides to ensure accuracy and quality for a successful product launch.
